I’m doing a powerlifting meet in August, so I currently have around 7 months to train.
My current stats are:
- Squat: 60lb
- Bench: 60lb
- Deadlift: 110lb
- Squat: 145lb
- Bench: 138lb
- Deadlift: 280lb
GOALS for Jay (Only doing it the FIT way):
- Stick to my macros for two weeks (Jan. 25) : first ear piercing.
- Stick to my macros for a month (Feb. 10) : second ear piercing.
- Stick to my macros for six weeks (Feb. 24) : shopping spree for $150
- Stick to my macros for two months (Mar. 10) : rock climbing harness
- Stick to my macros for three months (April 10th) : dermal implant
- Hit goal weight of 119lbs + 18% bf : new climbing shoes!!!!!!!!!!!
