I’m doing a powerlifting meet in August, so I currently have around 7 months to train.

My current stats are:

  • Squat: 60lb
  • Bench: 60lb
  • Deadlift: 110lb

Goal stats:

  • Squat: 145lb
  • Bench: 138lb
  • Deadlift: 280lb

  • Stick to my macros for two weeks (Jan. 25) : first ear piercing.
  • Stick to my macros for a month (Feb. 10) : second ear piercing.¬†
  • Stick to my macros for six weeks (Feb. 24) : shopping spree for $150
  • Stick to my macros for two months (Mar. 10) : rock climbing harness
  • Stick to my macros for three months (April 10th) : dermal implant
  • Hit goal weight of 119lbs + 18% bf : new climbing shoes!!!!!!!!!!!
